Are appointments required?
Appointments are required for clinic-related services when seeing our Nurse Practitioner. For other services, such as lab draws, appointments are preferred but not required. However, please keep in mind that we take our scheduled clients first, so there may be a minimal wait time.
I had labs drawn and still haven't gotten the results. When will I get those?
If those labs were ordered through us, then we will get the results and forward and/or review those with you. If you came in with a requisition from an outside location, those results go directly back to the ordering facility. We do not have access to those.
